Rapide -> Implementation -> Models -> Unsupported Features

Rapide supports the vast majority of Gen features without the need for any changes to the model, and it supports far more GUI features than standard Gen Web Generation / WebView.

Because Rapide is a implemented as a Java based application, there are a few Windows specific features that are not supported. Examples include the use of Windows GUI objects in window designs or dialog flows, the use of Gen clients as OLE automation servers and asynchronous server calls.

OCX controls can be supported on a case by case basis for Windows platforms, but because the use of OCX controls limits the choice of platform, it is recommended that these are converted to use Rapide widgets or custom Java controls.

Rapide includes a check report that will highlight statements and objects in your model that are not supported by Rapide.
